I don't feel the vibration.

Check that System Haptics is on in Settings → Sounds & Haptics. Haptics work on iPhone 8 and later; iPad has none.

My progress is gone.

Progress is kept only on the device, so it is lost when the app is deleted or the phone is replaced without a backup. Restoring from an iPhone backup brings it back.

How do I unlock the tweezers?

Finish the first chapter, "Cheek". Until then hairs lie on the skin but cannot be pulled.

The game feels slow on my phone.

The game lowers its picture quality on its own when frames take too long. Closing other apps and turning off Low Power Mode helps.
